Theme -“Adapting for the Emerging Megatrends"

Under this theme, the programme for the conference is designed to have meaningful discussions on the needs for reorienting the natural rubber production and the processing sectors to match with the emerging new requirements from the end-user industry. Besides the keynote address and four invited presentations, the programme includes a Panel Discussion titled “Breaking the barriers and striving for a sustainable future: Are smallholders equipped to embrace the emerging scenario?”. The Panel will be represented by Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Papua New Guinea.

*A dinner with the concept "The Magic of Thai-Lanna" will be hosted by Rubber Authority of Thailand on the 8 October 2018, evening. All guests and participants of the conference are invited.

The Open Session of the 41st ANRPC Assembly and the 4th ANRPC Public-Private Meet are scheduled to be held at the same venue in the forenoon of 9 October 2018. Participation in these two events are restricted by invitation. The participants of the conference who are interested in attending either of these two events may please send the request to the ANRPC Secretariat at “” latest by 25 September 2018.
